Living here has been an incredibly rewarding experience! The community is warm and welcoming, there's always something interesting going on. The amenities are top-notch - I really enjoy the gym and the pool area. Maintenance requests are handled promptly too. The management is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate residents. Overall, I've had a very positive resident experience and I look forward to continuing to make this my home.

Very nice area and was greeted nicely by the leasing office. Community seems nice with people always saying hello. I love the fact that it has a car wash, fire pit, pool and games inside the clubhouse.

We just moved in and love it. Walking around the lake with my dog is my favorite part. The apartment is so spacious, like the layout and the super big kitchen with Stainless appliances.

Very responsive and willing to help in anyway you need. They were willing to assist with both animals we have and ensuring we had all the correct information we needed to bring them as they are support animals. All the staff is personal, even the maintenance. They learn you by name and it’s like a small family.

So far so good! Can’t complain and it’s nice and quiet here. The two dog parks are great, the activities up front are fun to go to and I can’t forget the food trucks and Kona truck they bring out as well. Friendly neighbors and friendly workers.

I love my new home. Everyone here is nice and amazing. The area is quiet and I felt right at home on my first visit. The amenities are awesome. I love my walks around the lake and sitting out by the poo, reading my favorite book. Rosa in the office is the absolute best!!!

I am very happy in Vida, they always attend to any need that arises and the whole team is very attentive and friendly. The location is phenomenal. You have anything you need nearby and you have a very easy exit to the main roads.

Every feature about this place is top notch and like new. The staff is very responsive to everything and you get the small community feel where your individual needs are being met promptly on any day. After comparing many other apartment complexes locally, this placed on top of the list. So far I love it here! Friendly people, quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants and other things. Two dog parks so my pup loves it as well and can’t forget about the pet spa. The car wash and vacuum cleaner for the cars is a plus. Can’t beat it!

So far I’m very pleased. The leasing staff, especially Jesse who worked with me . The place is very clean and amenities are great. My favorite part is the walk around the lake with fitness stations. My dog is also very happy here. I was nervous about him getting acclimated to his new home, but he loves his walks and the dog park.

Beautiful well kept grounds, I love to walk around the lake, I use the outside rocking chairs & swings to read . I enjoy meeting new neighbors and their “fur babies”. The staff is so wonderful, always smiling & willing to help in any way. I know I made the right decision moving to Vida.

I love everything about this community! From the layout of our unit, to the layout and design of the community, it’s comfortable and inviting. It feels private even while it’s clear there are many who live here. The staff has been amazing from our very first phone call to see about vacancies. The Nicole’s, Rose and Abby are always available to answer questions, and Caleb & Jacob even check in as they’re driving by on the golf carts while out doing maintenance! I’d highly recommend Vida based on all I’ve mentioned, but you should know that the location can’t be beat either. We’re close to UTC Mall, the outlets in Ellenton, less than a half hour to Bradenton/Sarasota Airport & all the beaches are only 30-45 minutes away!

Easy move in, the gals in the office are sweet as can be. This complex is all new, a far cry difference from where we moved from. They have been super helpful, willing to answer any questions we had. Love it here, I don't see us moving out for a very long time.

It is beautiful here. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath is immaculate and spacious. The grounds are clean and the staff is amazing. We haven’t been here long, but so far we are extremely satisfied. If you are looking for a new, professionally run environment, Vida at Lakewood Ranch is for you.

I love living at Vida. The apartment is perfect. The rooms are big and I love the storage closet in the unit. The leasing personnel are great, Nichole and Nicole are terrific. Had a few minor maintenance issues and they came and took care of them right away. The grounds are taken care and the amenities are wonderful

I've only been here less than a week but so far so good! I'm the first to live in this unit so naturally it's clean and beautiful! The office/maintenance has been attentive in addressing the small issues I had. The pool is amazing and the grounds are very nice! I know it's part of getting used to apartment life since I moved here from a single family home, but there doesn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between floors. I've only been to the smaller dog park near my building and I love it! The lake is so pretty and I love that we have the walking path around it. I viewed a TON of apartments and overall I'm very happy about my choice so far.
